Scratch is a tool created by the MIT Media Lab that allows students to learn about coding while creating interactive stories, games and other activities. I was excited to learn that Scratch is now available as an online tool, so it can be used on a variety of devices. Scratch has been around for a long time and, as a result, there are many resources on how to get started, how to create projects and how to use Scratch in the classroom. The Scratch website contains many examples of projects created by students all over the world.
